Tsuruoka Tourist Information Center 鶴岡市観光案内所
Find tourist brochures, bus information, posters and even goodies (stamp-rally towels, postcards, little souvenirs…) at our Tourist Information Center. We have an English speaking staff at the desk and will be glad to help you navigate through our city to reach your goal.
The Tourist Information Center is located on the 1st floor of a building called “FOODEVER”, in front of the train station (on your left side when you get out of the station).
FOODEVER also has lockers and restrooms.

| Bicycle rental | At the tourist information center, we offer free bicycle rentals for our sightseeing guests. Rentals are available for the day only. Please return the bicycle to the same location where you borrowed it. *Please present a form of identification when borrowing. | Lockers | When you enter the building housing the tourist information center from the entrance on the Tsuruoka Station side, you'll find coin lockers on your right. Two locker sizes are available: small lockers cost 300 yen, and large lockers cost 600 yen. Please note that even the large lockers have limited capacity, and larger luggage may not fit. Payment requires multiple 100-yen coins. There is no coin exchange machine, so please bring enough 100-yen coins in advance. |
